Hi All, Its now spring/summer and I have begun to shoot again. I have a few events lined up for the summer and I am getting excited. First will be the MX nationals at Thunder Valley and then the nationals in SLC. I am hoping for full access to the MX nationals at SLC.  I am looking to line up a few model shoots this summer. If you know anyone interested in modeling let me know.

Hi All. Here in CO the weather has not been the best for me to get out and shoot.  I have been playing with my  Nikon D300 a lot. This thing has tons of new features and I wanted to have all the kinks worked out before the shooting season starts.
I decided to make the move to Wacom tablet this month. I have been spending time using the new tablet and pen. I really think I am going to enjoy it. the move from a mouse has slowed down my post processing time but I think in the long run I will get better at using it. Check back soon. Its getting warm in CO and I will start shooting a lot more images.

Hi All.. its that time of year again. I have redesigned my site and changed some images and blogs around. I am pledging to post at least once a month this year. Since I shoot a lot of seasonal images (summer) I will try to keep you guys more up to date on whats going on in my world of Photography.

To finish 2012 I recently upgraded my camera to a D300 and love it. I have bought a android tablet to help me keep up with my model releases and better on the go work flow. I have to say “Snapseed” is the best tablet imaging software I have seen. Its great to be able to edit images on the site of your shoot.

Hi All.. I have been super busy the last month or so. I just wanted to fill you in on what I have been up to. I have been shooting quite a lot over 5000k of images on my camera this year so I am thinking of upgrading the D200. I have been trying to step out of my boundaries and shoot different things. I have done a couple of meetups with models and had some great results. I am trying to take part in more photo critiques and be more proactive in the photographic community.  I am looking forward to a new year and shooting as much as possible. I have updated my image gallery so check out some of the new things and let me know what you think.

HI all.. I wanted to let you in on all the work I have been doing. I have updated my gallery and took some images out and added some new stuff. I have been shooting a lot lately. I was at 2 different car shows this weekend. I feel I ended up with some interesting images. I have also been shooting a good bit of motocross, skating and street photography. Hi All..  Its been a while and I wanted to updated you on what I have been doing. I moved a couple of months ago and I wanted new images for my walls. I have been doing a lot of printing. PROPS to PRO DPI in Denver. They do really great work. I have now tried 3 different papers from them and I have grown very found of the Kodak metal paper and the Fuji Pearl luster.

I have been shooting a lot. I have had a couple of meetup group photo shoots. I shot the Journey’s Backyard BBQ , and doing some street shoots. I have added a few images and taken some out of my portfolio. Check out the new stuff and let me know what you think.

Hi all. I had a busy weekend. Friday night I had my gallery show reception. Everything went better than I expected. I had a lot of fun talking with the artists and guests. I did not sell anything opening night but I still think I can sell my 2 images.  On Saturday I shot the motocross nationals here is Colorado. This was tons of fun.  I shoot a lot of MX and action sports. I have added some images from the MX nationals to the gallery and removed some stuff I had grown tired of. Hi All.. I just found out I have been accepted into the Boulder Digital Photography gallery show. I am pretty excited. This is the first show I have been in since the 90s. I have a l0t of work to do before next friday. (printing and framing) The show opens June 1st with a reception. I will post more details as I find out.

Hello all.. To start I have a few things to share this week. Its official I submitted my images for consideration in the Boulder gallery art show,. The announcement for  the show will happen Tuesday May 8th.  I am not expecting to get in but will we see.

I have testing 2 different companies now for printing. I found I really liked a local company called Pro DPI. I was able to get great fast prints That were pretty close to my monitor calibration. I’m hoping to have a lot more work printed there in the months to come

I had a great day on Saturday with a local Smug mug group in Brighton,CO. We started with a model shoot in the morning and then moved into a class room for a learning session in Lightroom. Its always nice to have a refresher corse. We worked with outdoor lighting and using scrims.
